APFC PANEL
Introducing Excellence in Power Quality with our advanced APFC Panel Systems! Unleash the Power of Efficiency with our APFC Panel System. Designed to optimize energy usage and enhance operational efficiency, our APFC Panel System is a game-changer in the field of power Quality.
Our APFC Panel System stands as a testament to our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Power factor correction plays a pivotal role in reducing energy consumption and improving power quality. Our meticulously engineered APFC Panel System automatically detects and corrects the power factor, ensuring that your electrical installations run at peak efficiency.
Benefits of Using APFC Panel
- Improved Power Quality: Enjoy a stable and consistent power supply that enhances the performance of your electrical appliances and reduces the risk of downtime. Reduction in energy consumption in KVAH (apparent energy).
- Reduced Energy Costs: Say goodbye to unnecessary power wastage and high energy bills. Our APFC Panel System ensures optimal power usage, leading to significant cost savings. Direct savings benefit in case energy billing of the consumer is in the KVAH units. Cutting costs due to ohmic losses in the network by 50% due to reduced current.
- Enhanced Equipment Lifespan: Stable power factor prevents voltage fluctuations, extending the lifespan of your equipment and reducing maintenance costs. Enhanced capacity usage of the existing distribution transformer.
- Enhanced Productivity: A balanced power factor ensures your machinery operates at peak efficiency, translating to increased productivity and reduced production downtime. Reduction in current means reduced I2R/Copper losses translating into the saving of KWH. Increasing the potential of production and distribution plants by 40%.
- Compliance and Efficiency: Our APFC Panel System helps maintain the power factor within acceptable limits, ensuring compliance with regulations and avoiding penalties. Availing of incentives offered by various electricity boards in terms of discount on KWH charges on maintaining Power Factor above and equal to 0.95 lagging.
APFC PANEL Series
The Compensator series has been designed by keeping in view the load characteristics of small and medium industries. These industries have a combination of single-phase and three-phase loads in their network. Ordinary Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC Panel) Systems do not offer optimized APFC Panel for these kinds of networks resulting in either overcompensating or under compensating the network.
Intelligent PF Compensator Series by NAAC has been designed to overcome all these problems and limitations of other locally designed systems by offering an highly optimized P.F. Control under all load conditions.
The controller has a front optical port for downloading of data, operation, control and monitoring through the mobile application and many more options. These advanced applications help in monitoring and controlling power factor and power quality in the network.
Additional systems can be easily added into the same network using the master-slave configuration of Controllers.
