Roles and Responsibilities
Determine the client’s power quality requirements and offer NAAC’s solutions according to the client’s needs. You will be required to work alongside the service team and provide technical support for service and commissioning of the projects. You will spend a proportion of your time working directly with customers to help them implement our solutions, and will be required to travel to work on site with the customers where necessary.
You will be carrying out power quality studies at the customer’s site(s) and draft in-depth reports after analysing the study data. You will also be interacting with clients across the globe and specifically focus on target clients and attend to enquires. You are expected to attend seminars and exhibitions within India and abroad.
Skill Set and Experience
– Qualification: B. E./B. Tech/M. Tech in Electrical and Electronics or related discipline
– Years of Experience: 0 to 4 years
– Able to work Independently (without expecting support from principals).
– Fundamental understanding of electrical systems.
– Ability to put together technical specifications, drawings and other documentation for power quality solutions.
– Technical writing for drafting reports and recommendations.
– Proficiency in MS Excel.
– Fluency in spoken and written English.
– Good work ethics, time management skills and ability to multitask.
– Technical troubleshooting and demonstrated problem solving skills.
– Work as part of a team and display good communication and presentation skills.

Involved in the design and development of products and solutions according to the customer’s requirements and specifications. Work alongside design, and management engineers to scope and design scalable energy management and automation solutions.
Drafting technical reports based on the data collected from the customers. You will also be required to work alongside the service team and provide support for service and commissioning of projects. You will be interacting with clients across the globe, and are expected to attend seminars and exhibitions within India and abroad.
Skill Set and Experience
– Qualification: B. E./B. Tech/M. Tech in Electronics and Communication or related discipline from a reputed university
– Years of Experience: More than 3 years
– Fundamental understanding of electronics and communication systems.
– Should have some knowledge of Modbus protocol.
– PLC and HMI programming.
– Good understanding of SCADA and Control Systems.
– Basic understanding of Cloud Computing.

Ascertain the requirements of the customer for the technical documentation relating to NAAC Energy Controls, and generate and maintain the required material, for external and internal use.
Work in conjunction with the application and design engineers to scope, design, edit, create, and publish hardware and software documentation (Data sheets, Design checklists, Engineering bulletins, Reference/User manuals, etc.) for customers across the world.
Skill Set and Experience
– Qualification: B. E./B. Tech/M. Tech
– Years of Experience: 2 years
– Fundamental Understanding of electronics and communication systems.
– Hands on experience in creating documentation for power electronics equipment.
– Ability to comprehend technical content including design block diagrams and schematics.
– Some familiarity with Modbus protocol is preferable.
